Veloce Group is a name chosen to highlight the best of who we are as a company. We were looking for a word that expresses our recognition of the speed that business needs to move. Veloce is Italian for "fast". We move purposefully, but without losing the personal touch and attention we give to each client. The other part of our name, Group, refers to our practice of collaborating with other friends who are experts that we know and respect. We join together as a family to work on individual projects. The Myers Briggs tools include the MBTI and the FIRO-B. They are recognized everywhere to be a reliable starting point for increased self- awareness and development. Our custom 360-feedback tool allows all team members to provide organized and constructive communication with regard to perceptions. Using all assessments as a customizable guide, organizations can support individuals succeed as members of a team. Strategic Doing is our agile strategy facilitation tool. Helps teams come to the point and act quickly.
Individual Coaching
Veloce Group will do goal setting with the company leadership. We will then work to get to know your professional by meeting him or her one-on-one and explaining the coaching process. We will facilitate an online 360-feedback loop to surface impressions constructively. Veloce Group will analyze two assessments taken by the participant. This customized feedback meeting will address strengths and weaknesses frankly and co-develop a growth plan. Veloce Group will elicit the buy-in of your professional’s supervisors to support him or her. Finally, Veloce Group will offer monthly check-ins for three months to assess progress. The professional receives the support needed to reach our goal for him or her to be a successful and productive team member.

Team Formation
We will do goal setting with the company leadership. Next, we will help identify and/or coach a team leader who will facilitate team progress. We will support the leadership in identifying and communicating the mission of the group. Veloce Group will assist team members to rapidly work together by creating trust and momentum. Finally, Veloce Group will offer monthly check-ins for three months to assess progress. The new team receives the support they need to reach our goal to gel together and be successful rapidly.

Inter-Organizational Team Creation
Our experts will do goal setting with the leadership of the two organizations. We will support the leadership in identifying and communicating the mission of the group. Next, we will teach a culture of collaboration to create the foundation to facilitate team progress. Veloce Group will assist team members to rapidly work together by creating trust and momentum with real team actions. Finally, we will offer monthly check-ins for three months to assess progress. The result is a networked, interdependent team that has adopted the new culture needed to reach our goal to work together and be successful at high velocity.
